Education is a partnership between the school, students, parents/guardians, and community. The benefits of family involvement are clear: A growing body of research shows that successful family involvement improves not only student behavior and attendance but also positively affects student achievement. All children are more successful when we work as a team to achieve educational goals; we consider our families our partners in education and we rely on your active collaboration. Examples of family involvement could include but are not limited to, attending family conferences, speaking to prospective students at events, volunteering for school events, and others.
