UCHS Director of Special Populations Angie Torres joined Dr. Daren Jaime on BronxNet’s OPEN on Wednesday, October 21, to discuss how UCHS supports students with IEPs and multilingual learners.

From partnering with families during the transition to high school to recognizing students’ language skills through the Seal of Biliteracy, Angie shared how individualized support and a strong school community help students build confidence.
